The Problem

What We Built
We designed and built a custom fleet management dashboard with AI-optimized routing, automated driver assignment based on location and capacity, real-time GPS tracking, and a customer-facing delivery portal. The system auto-generates optimal routes each morning and reassigns deliveries in real-time when issues arise.
Results
120 hours saved per month in dispatch time. 22% reduction in fuel costs through optimized routing. Customer satisfaction scores increased from 3.2 to 4.7 out of 5. The dispatch team was reduced from 4 people to 1 supervisor who monitors the system.
